Shipping

We are offering world wide delivery of our products. Courier companies Need full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.so we request you to provide all menstion detail to shipping Address.

Please note that residential(Home) shipments to USA & Australia Canada and many more other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.

Orders will take maximum 9 - 11 days to ship your door step.

We are not at all responsible for incomplete address or wrong address once dispatching the order. We will not give any refunds or credit in such cases...

We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-up on those days.

Shipping Cost

We are Charging 10 USD per product for shipping to anywhere in the world expect Mauritius and South Africa.

We charging 20 USD per product flat rate for Mauritius And South Africa

Shipment and Tracking details

Once we handed over the order to the Courier Company we will send you an e-mail with tracking Number and Courier company website detail.

Our Shipping Partner is DHL Courier Private Limited.

Return Policy

Customer did not like the product reason will not be enough for returning the item. We cut 30% money of product cost as processing charge and Customer bare return Shipping Charges if he/she returns items or CANCEL the order.

Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees, sarees stitched with custom blouse, Stitched Salwar Kameez, Stiched Lehenga Choli or Kurti.

Customer liable to get a full refund if we have shipped wrong products or manufacturing defect, some times We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

If Customer found that shipped wrong product or manufacturing defect than customer need to do is to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel from Courier Comapny. Customer inform us via e-mail only.Phone call not acceptable.

If we aaccept your return than customer have to ship the Products to below Address.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following two ways

  1. Product replacement - In case of damaged or incorrect items theethnicwear.com would replace it with a new item.
  2. In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you may have store credit after communication with our customer care department. This credit will be valid for 1 year.

Here are the steps for getting a refund on the cancelled order:

  1. Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
  2. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment mode within 7-10 working days.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation? 

1.Once the cancellation is confirmed, you shall receive the refund in form of store credit or reversal of the payment through the payment source that we received.

 When will I get my refund?

 Refund will be done in maximum 7 days of time. The refunds are always dependent on banks, payment gateways, etc.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our hand. They depending to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your country government rules.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
   

What if any Delays

Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

Some time delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or Damaged in Stitching or anything else in that case we will contact you via e-mail.
